Fig Paste

The figs are roasted prior to being slow cooked to achieve a deep and complex caramelised flavour. This deep and brooding paste is a perfect match with an aged cheddar or a ripe soft mould cheese.

As with all our pastes, we only use natural pectin to set the product.

This results in a beautiful spreadable consistency and retains the fruits natural flavour.
