It has gorgeous floral characteristics that can often get masked with the use of commercial pectins, which is why we use natural pectins on all our paste range.

This results in a beautiful spreadable consistency and retains the fruits natural flavour.

Serving suggestion: This paste is medium bodied and its gorgeous floral characteristics make it an exceptional match with a good soft mould cheese or a wonderfully crumbly aged cheddar.

When you’re not entertaining in winter, don’t despair – the quince paste is still useful. Place half a teaspoon in your pan juices from your roast and you’ll create the most AMAZING gravy that will have guests licking their plates.
